- We Can Support Poor People
We lease farmland to poor Christian families, giving them a place to live and a foundation for stability.
We also run a Sunday school, providing children with spiritual guidance and nurturing their faith alongside their education.
We operate 3 schools to serve children from poor Christian families. Many parents in these communities cannot afford to send their children to school, so we step in to make education possible — covering school fees and providing clothing, backpacks, and school supplies. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, regardless of their family’s financial situation.
Some of the families we serve work in brick-making factories under conditions of debt bondage, including children who labor alongside their parents. These families are trapped by loans they cannot repay, living in conditions akin to slavery. We currently support 4–5 Christian families in this situation, providing food, shoes, and clothing to meet their daily needs. Beyond relief, we work directly to secure their freedom by paying off their debts to the brick-making factories, releasing them from bondage.
In addition, we opened a small school specifically for the children working in these brick-making factories, so that even while their families work to pay off their debts, these children have the chance to learn. We hired one teacher to run this school and give these children the attention and education they would otherwise be denied.
